Ines gained business experience working in key managerial positions at major Croatian companies, where she served as a board member and CFO. She has held roles as both member and president of supervisory boards in various companies. Ines specializes in finding solutions to complex financial problems and has extensive experience in optimizing balance sheet structures, restructuring, due diligence processes, valuations, business sustainability monitoring, setting KPIs by business segments, and forensic accounting.
She has worked as a consultant in various industries, including media, retail, and hospitality. Since 2016, she has been a co-owner and director of companies focused on business consulting and financial expert witnessing services.
In addition to her business career, Ines has developed an academic career, teaching various courses at multiple higher education institutions in Croatia. She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific and professional articles published domestically and internationally, as well as a specialist book and university textbook.

Petra began building her experience working at the Tax Administration and as a tax expert at a Big Four firm. She continued her career in a managerial position at an international consulting company specializing in audit and tax advisory. Petra has significant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation across all business sectors. She has worked as a consultant in various economic activities such as financial institutions, medical facilities, hospitality, energy sector, real estate, and local government.
Since 2010, Petra has been the owner and director of a company specializing in consulting services and accounting-financial operations for a wide range of clients operating in different sectors and legal forms. Since 2016, she has also been a co-owner and director of companies focused on business consulting and financial expert witnessing services.
She specializes in due diligence, business plan development for business monitoring, business process improvement, financial operations, and forensic accounting.
Petra is a permanent court expert in finance, accounting, and taxation, a permanent court valuer for valuations, and a Certified Forensic Accountant and Certified Valuer.
Toni is an expert in accounting and finance with extensive experience in the private sector as a business analyst, finance department manager, and quality advisor for higher education institutions. He has been a senior lecturer at universities and polytechnics for over a decade and served as the Vice Dean for Teaching and Quality for four years. Following his postgraduate specialist studies, he is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Economics.
Toni has actively participated in numerous conferences and scientific gatherings in his field. He is the author of more than 20 scientific and professional papers and a university textbook on accounting. His professional interests include business analysis, improving financial operations in both profit and non-profit organizations, and ongoing work on quality systems in higher education institutions.

After completing his studies at the Faculty of Economics, Dragan built his career in the private sector, working on accounting and finance tasks ranging from budget preparation and operational plan control to complex project management, finance management, and board roles in large business entities both in Croatia and abroad.
Dragan has experience in preparing and implementing projects funded by EU grants. He specializes in budgeting, having served as an advisor to the mayor and as the head of the financial management and controlling department for a city.
Dragan is a permanent court expert in finance and accounting and holds a certification in public procurement.
Duška is a department head and a Master of Economics, capable of addressing complex financial calculations. She specializes in claims related to consumer and other contractual relationships, as well as in assessing the economic dimension of losses or damages resulting from specific events or actions.
Anja is a department head and a Master of Economics, capable of addressing complex client requests for various analyses and calculations, particularly those related to the computation of different types of income and personal earnings. She specializes in claims arising from employment relationships.
After completing her studies at the Faculty of Economics, Morena worked in accounting and finance on managerial positions. She specializes in resolving complex issues related to commercial relationships, performing in-depth financial statement analyses, evaluating business performance and market conditions, and monitoring KPIs in business operations.
Lidija focuses on the accounting aspect of business, with experience in leadership positions in finance and accounting. As an independent expert consultant, she is particularly involved in forensic analysis of accounting and financial documentation, business analysis of commercial entities, and financial relationships and business conditions.
Kristina is a Master of Economics who, as an expert consultant, is primarily involved in areas related to consumer relations and the analysis of business and financial data necessary for developing detailed financial models and forecasts, as well as identifying key financial indicators, trends, and risks.
After earning her Master’s degree in Economics, Valentina has been involved as an expert consultant in various areas of our work, particularly focusing on the analysis of accounting documentation, reviewing and evaluating business ledgers, accounting and tax records, as well as analyzing cash flows and scenarios.
As the Office Manager, Tanja coordinates the daily operations of the office, including various administrative tasks, correspondence with collaborators, partners, and clients, and support in the preparation and execution of projects for each department within the company, as well as other duties within the organization.
